Tony Blair explains why Bill Clinton cheated
    Iraq Sun
    Saturday 4th September, 2010
    (ANI)

In his new memoir, Tony Blair is attempting to justify former US President Bill Clinton's infidelity.

In the book, the former UK Prime Minister speculates that it was Clinton's "inordinate interest in and curiosity about people" that led to his affair with Monica Lewinsky.

Blair reminisces on the 12-year-old scandal in his 700-page autobiography 'A Journey'.

"In respect of men, it was expressed in friendship; in respect of women, there was potentially a sexual element," the Politico quoted Blair as saying of his friend, the 42nd president.

"And in that, I doubt he is much different than most of the male population," Blair added. (ANI)
